“SO HOW MUCH WILL MY SERVICE BE?”
Don’t worry, we hear this question all the time and know many of you are purchasing snow clearing for the first time. We’re all about clear and transparent pricing so here’s the major factors:
The size of your driveway
An obvious one, but the size of your driveway is one of the major factors. The general guide is either 4 cars or less or the larger 5 cars or more. Unsure? Don’t worry, we will inspect prior to your quote.
Walkways and city sidewalk
Whether we clear your walkways and/or sidewalks in addition to your driveway affects your price. If you choose sidewalks and are on a corner the service is slightly more.
Including salting in your service
Do you want your driveway, walkway or sidewalks salted? We have choices of standard or eco options.
The type of coverage you need
You can choose from Full Season, Holiday Coverage or Single Service.
De-icing is included for ALL services!
FAQ
At what hours do you service?
We service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week following snow storms, with the exception of Christmas Day. Service on December 25th stops at 7 a.m. and resumes at 9 p.m.. We will show up within 24 hours of the end of the storm.
At what accumulation do you service?
Residential: Our crews are dispatched to their routes as soon as snow accumulates above 5cm. In case of a heavier snowfall, we return for a second visit.
Commercial: Our crews are dispatched for any weather/accumulation 24/7
When does my service start?
Your service will begin within 48 hours of confirmation of your registration and payment.
Do you provide senior discounts?
Yes! We offer a 5% discount to all our senior clients (65 and over).
How do you manage my personal data?
All of our customer data is stored internally and securely. We do not share or sell any of our client information to third parties.
Do you collect/store credit card information?
Any credit card information that we collect from our clients is destroyed immediately after processing payment.
Do you offer one time or special services?
We do offer flexible services - from single visits to holiday coverage. Get in touch and let's discuss what you need!
